Week three - results

Week three results are not great but still heading in the right direction. Definitely happier with the inches than the weight. Week four is probably going to see a gain as I have a 3day holiday weekend. Hopefully it won't be too bad or take me too long to get back n track.

Weight - 164. 163

Only 1lb lost this week and 5.5" :-(. To get close to my goal weight by the wedding I need to average 3lbs a week. This coming week I'm going to be going off protocol for a few days so I'm gonna hope for just not putting on this coming week.
